They did a good job

Not impressed!!

Oil changed and tires rotated in a timely manner.

Alisa in service seemed bothered by my existence when we initially had to have our traverse towed there for what we thought was a bad transmission. When the car was finally diagnosed on 5/8/25 as just a drive shaft, I was quoted $759.41tax included for the repair at 12:53pm. I said I needed to talk to my wife and would call back asap. I called back and talked to a man (not Alisa) at 1:34 pm who I gave the go ahead for the repairs. Alisa then called me back the next day at 9:23am needing to know whether or not we were going ahead with the repair. I informed her then that I had already given the go ahead to someone else within the department. Disappointing as the part was there late Thursday and repairs could have been started sooner. Instead, Alisa called Monday the 12th and said the repairs were done. The cost was more than quoted at $823.60. when I asked about the higher fee, I was not given a great answer. Something about supplies and tax. But the quote already included tax.... I paid the bill and asked if we could leave the keys in the vehicle so we could pick it up after hours. Alisa said that was fine since we had paid and it was agreed the keys would be left in the visor. When we went into town (coming from half way to Lancaster) on the 12th to pick up the car, the keys were not in the vehicle which is why it's still currently on the lot. I generally do not like to let anyone else do service on my vehicle and this experience reafirms that. Let's hope the quality of the repair is better than the quality of service customer service.

The only issue I had was they said they would call when it was finished but never called and I had to call just prior to closing to check on it.

I have an older sports car that I only drive on nice days in summer. I made an appointment with Scott at Runde's to get a check up and oil changed. The techs went thru the car and made some suggestions that Scott went over with me and I decided to go ahead with their findings. It might cost some $'s, but "better safe than sorry". That's what trust and confidence is!

This was my first experience at any Runde dealership and I was very satisfied. The first person I met upon entering your dealership was your sales rep Nic Spriggs and I could not be happier. I feel he exhibited everything a person could be looking for and want in a sales representative. I think your dealership should feel very fortunate to have someone such as Nic representing you to the public. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job presenting your vehicles and answering any and all questions in regards to them. I feel very lucky that he was the person I dealt with. One thing that really stood out to me was when he presented the price it would be to trade vehicles. He gave me the trade amount and explained that the amount he presented to me was the amount it would cost me to trade vehicles. I could not have been happier to hear that. When I attempt to purchase a vehicle I DO NOT want to spend time going back and forth on the purchase price. Dealers are in business to make money or they would not be able to stay in business. I respect a dealer that does business this way. I will repeat what I expressed earlier, I feel this Runde dealership is fortunate having Nic Spriggs in their employment and representing them to the public. As for the vehicle I purchased, I like and enjoy it more each time I drive it. To summarize my experience…….#1-derful sales representative and vehicle.

My battery suddenly died, I was not home at the time. I called Rundes and they sent someone to check immediately why my car wouldn’t start and confirmed it was a battery. They were able to get me in right away and put a new battery in. I was very grateful!

When I picked up my vehicle the front driver-side floor mat forward end was on top of the accelerator pedal. I did not notice this until after I had backed out of the parking space and attempted to drive forward. I had to stop and get out of my vehicle in order to properly place the forward end of the floor mat back under and behind the brake and accelerator pedals.

I brought my 23 Traverse in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was quick, easy and the guys are exceptional!! They are always patient and very informative if I have any questions. Have yet to ever have any issues!

The team did a good job there listening. They listened and negotiated a good deal. We had an older trade but we figured out a good price. An EV is a different vehicle and just a minor thing that the staff seemed a bit untrained on some of the features but I'm going to chalk that up to not as many of these types of cars are sold in that rural area. Not a big deal and I'm a tech geek willing to learn about the car. We really enjoy it.

Service was great, finished service quickly. Also was provided an estimate to complete some service work that needs to be performed soon. The concern I have is with that estimate. Labor rates have gotten so extreme I may have to look elsewhere. I trust the work performed at the dealership, but enough is enough..

The same quick and professional service I always receive. I pulled in and Scott, the Service Mgr., greeted me and asked me if I needed a vehicle. I told him I would wait and went into the customer's lounge. it was only a short time before Scott came in and said everything was done and good to go.

Seamless, easy transaction. No crazy back and forth...fair price right up front with all details handled remotely and just showed up to pick up vehicle. Tim was amazing and will definitely purchase from them again.

Extended warranty means you charge me for a test to see if something is wrong with my truck after it burned 3 quarts of oil. Then advise me to make an oil change appointment with you to do an oil distribution test and I paid for the oil change. Never had a truck burn oil and the dealership says that it is normal. 1-2 quarts every couple thousand miles is normal? Nothing to worry about here. Just keep putting oil in.

When we bought the car said the replacement parts were there and ready to be put in. Took over a month before we had to go in and asked about the switches. They took the car in and had it for 5 hours and didn't have the switches and asked me to bring it back the next day. The one switch is still not working correctly. Sales men don't communicate with the shop on work orders

Runde Chevrolet service department and he scheduled a pick up and return of our Truck! We appreciated everything Scott did for us while Daryl was recovering from surgery!

It was time for scheduled maitenance plus rotating tires. Scott, the Service Mgr schedule my appointment to fit my schedule and they were ready when I arrived. While performing the maintenance, the teck noticed a leak in my radiator. Scott talked to me about it and said we need to get it fixed as soon as possible. He checked and said it was covered under my warranty so it was only going to cost me a deductable. You can't get better service than this.

I bought a used enclave with a GM warranty and I am glad. I kind of forgot I had it. The engine light came on the dash and I took it to the service department. They told me that the catalytic converter had issues and because it was under warranty there was no charge. What a relief. Great deal and Great Service!

Kolten did a great job of staying in communication and giving us time as we decided on what packages we wanted. Pickup of the car was quick and painless.

My service advisor (` Scott Kramer) takes care of the customer first! I had my truck in due to the fact that I will service things like the transmission ahead of time. This pays dividends in vehicle longevity.

I had recently purchased a certified vehicle and was there for my first oil change I was pleased when they told me at the desk for check-in that it also included a tire rotation. I ended up purchasing this vehicle after my original vehicle being totaled by hail damage. I was lucky to find this one a year newer. I purchased from Monday's a second time because I always get excellent service. The department is always on time and they treat my vehicle with care the interior is always clean and the outside is never scratched or dented.

I was scheduled to have a new keyless fob programmed and was told when I set up the appointment that it would easily take less than a half hour. Instead, I was there for over an hour and a half. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told that two free oil changes and tire rotations were included with the purchase price. I will be going somewhere else for those services. I have other things to do be sides sitting in a showroom all afternoon.

I was told I need a battery at a cost of $312.00. I declined it and to date I have had no problems with my truck starting. That being said I believe they tried to sell me something I didn't need.

I had 2 bad batteries in my 2019 Silverado duramax. The temperature was below zero. I took it to the dealer and replaced the batteries in an hour even though the service department was booked out two weeks

It could be a little quicker for an oil change

We scheduled our appointment 2 weeks out because we absolutely needed a loaner car (we don't live in town and the service would take at least a half day) and that was the soonest they could accommodate that. My husband dropped off the car right at 8:00 am and there was no loaner available. They were able to find a car to send him with that was in bad shape and had a history of overheating. The car got him home (he works third shift and needed to sleep) and it got me back to drop it off at the end of the day, but not an ideal situation.
